Will you join our Big Quit for Stoptober?
Did you know that if you quit smoking for 28 days, you’re FIVE times more likely to stay smokefree for good?
That’s why Stoptober is the perfect time to get in touch with us for support! We’re running special group sessions from mid-September to the end of October, in accessible community-based venues, so there’s help right on your doorstep! Sessions are running every Wednesday from 17th September to 29th October at:
Burnley: The Chai Centre, Hurtley St, Burnley BB10 1BY 10am-12pm
Chorley: Duke Street Family Hub, Chorley PR7 3DU 12pm-2pm
Lancaster: The Cornerstone, Sulyard St, Lancaster LA1 1PX 2.30pm-4.30pm
Preston: Catherine Beckett Community Centre, 112 Deepdale Rd, Preston PR1 5AR 10am-12pm
Rossendale: The AB&D Centre Burnley Rd, Weir, Bacup OL13 8AB 10am-12pm
Our team of specialist advisors will be on hand to guide you through an approach to giving up smoking that’s tailored to your needs, including face-to-face advice, Nicotine Replacement Therapy, e-cigs or a combination to suit you.
As well as expert advice, we’ll be offering tips on staying smokefree, hearing from successful quitters on the difference it’s made to them and their families, health and wellbeing information and more - there’ll even be a cuppa and a cake on offer too!
