Very Brief Advice Training for National No Smoking Day
Would you like to learn how to change a life?
To mark this year’s National No Smoking Day on Wednesday March 11, we are inviting as many people as possible across Lancashire to take part in our Very Brief Advice (VBA) training.
If you come into contact with smokers as part of your role – and that includes as a volunteer – this FREE one-hour session is for you. It’s open to anyone who works or volunteers in Lancashire (with the exception of Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool).
VBA training gives you the tools to quickly and effectively encourage people to stop smoking. It’s called ‘very brief’ because the whole thing only takes a few minutes – short enough to fit naturally and comfortably into any conversation with a client, service user, patient or colleague.
For National No Smoking Day, we’re running a whole day of VBA sessions at the following times via Teams:

Can’t take part on the day? Our team delivers regular sessions via Teams or face-to-face - why not invite us along to a team meeting, a health and wellbeing event or as part of CPD for your team? Get in touch via the button below 👇or call us on 0808 196 2638.
We’d love to you to join us – let’s make Lancashire healthier together!
