Quit Smoking the Easyway!

Allen Carr’s Easyway has been helping people to stop smoking for over 40 years. 

Easyway is a drug-free & clinically proven method for helping people to quit smoking. ACE is a one-day, online seminar lasting around five hours. The aim is to change the way you feel and think about cigarettes. After the seminar, you will receive support by phone, text and email. If you don't quit after your first attempt, you will be offered a booster seminar.

If you live, work, or are registered to a GP in Lancashire (excludes Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen), you can join an Allen Carr’s Easyway to stop smoking seminar for free. You’re eligible if you currently smoke & are aged 18 or over.

Seminars normally cost £379 but smokers who live, work, or are registered to a GP in Lancashire (excludes Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen) can attend for free.
