My Quit Route has been designed by clinical psychologists and behavioural scientists to support you at every stage of your quit smoking journey – you can use it on its own or alongside specialist quit smoking support in Lancashire from SmokefreeLancashire, your local stop smoking service.

The team can also advise you on the most appropriate nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) such as vapes, lozenges, sprays, chewing gum, and patches.
